I specifically asked in my order for a generous helping of vegetables on my sandwiches, but was given just a wee-little bit. Do they actually read the order?
And the delivery guy expected me to go to the lobby to get my food.

I have ordered twice this week. The first time my sandwich came with coleslaw which I didn't request and I don't like and the second time I ordered a footl long combo and I only got half so the driver then had to go back and get the other half

The sandwich was soft as it got soften by the moisture. The delivery guy asked me to come down from my apartment to get food. It was fine for me but wasn't it supposed to be at the door?

I was really disappointed with my order this time. My sandwich arrived completely squished, super soggy, and warm. I couldn't even finish it because it was quite gross. I don't think I'll be ordering again soon.

This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

We ordered the subs to be delivered at 11am(2 hours later ). When they arrived the bread was soggy. They had obviously been made early and they sat for a long time before being delivered. We order from here almost every week, but I'm a little disgusted

We live in Pmh only 5 mins away but delivery time was over an hour. Meatball sub was prepared cold, the chesse was not even melting. Was not edible. Never again.

Ridiculous. I live 5 mins away. If a restaurant can't deliver within 30-40mins max, they shouldn't offer delivery.
