Cheese on pizza is of poor quality, gluey, hard and tasteless. Does not resemble mozzarella cheese even the slightest. Overall the pizza was awful and over priced

Pizza was not hot. Bread felt like cardboard. Cheese tasted like plastic. Ingredients selected were tasteless and very limited. It was overall a very sad pizza. Will not try again.

The meat was bad and it made me sick for 3 days. This restaurant was once one of my favorites, but now the physical stores have closed down. They must not be able to keep the ingredients fresh.

One of the best pizzas I've had in HCMC. Delicious, great crust and plenty of toppings.
The fries were surely frozen fries, they were just ok.

This is 1 of the most awful pizzas Ive ever had! The base is glorified cardboard. It looks more like pastry rather than pizza dough. Besides the awful texture, it is also tasteless. The toppings were just as poor; completely unseasoned!

We ordered two pizzas last night and when my husband bit into his he noticed the crust was not cooked thoroughly. He basically had a shrimp pizza with dough and not crust. usually the pizzas are good, not sure what happened.

The food was delivered fast and hot but I ordered the vegetable lasagna and the sauce was really too sweet. I find that with a lot of Italian dishes here the sauces are sweet rather than savory which is really not authentic. Too bad.

I've ordered from Sarpino's the Manor many times and it seems the quality is just getting worse and worse. The order came nearly 30 minutes after the messaged arrival time. The pizza was so cooled by then that all the cheese crusted into a hard layer.
