Most the time food is excellent...often enough that I am a regular customer. Delivery staff always refuse to park bike and come up elevator. They sit on bike, and repeat call ME to come down. Other vendors always come up the elevator. Fix this please!

I order from here regularly...the salmon with tian zucchini is amazing and usually a good portion. I also get free bread sometimes. Delivery is good~ usually around 30-40 min, and they come to the door with the right change. Overall, very satisfied~

Salmon is normally delicious, but because delivery took over an hour, it was too cooked by the time it arrived. It was also smaller than usual. The delivery guy didn't have the right change on hand, despite my input through vietnammmm.

the driver was not very proactive. we gave specific insturctions to go to 8th floor, walk down to 7th. he called us from lobby and said "I'm here". he should have given more effort to serve the customer better

Unfortunately, the delivery man didn't know my road despite me giving clear directions over the phone.
Please make sure the delivery men know where they are going before they leave St Honore.
