Never have they made a mistake, my order is always right.
I like the fact that they deliver EVERYTHING you need to eat your pho properly : heaps of veggies, all the sauces, a loooot of broth.

The deliveried Pho was not same as my request. I asked for beef together not separate, but it was separate. Seems they don't focus on the order.
