It took 1 hour 50 minutes from delivery until we received our food. The burger was very squashed and soggy from the excessive amount of ketchup. The pitta was nice.

Delivery took a really long tine. This has happened to me a few times with this specific restaurant. The tuna kebab was delicious, but the fries were ice cold because the delivery driver took 1.5 hours.

Usually love this place but the burger arrived cold, late and the delivery driver did not have the correct change despite me entering the amount I would be paying with. This ruined the food, stone cold burgers are not nice. There is no traffic at 1am.

Waited an hour and a half to receive my order. The restaurant apologized, saying it's because they used a third party delivery service. That driver got lost. What's the point of the delivery tracker in this case? And the estimated time for delivery?
