The sashimi set was defrosted sashimi, no taste, weird consistency and the miso soup was only 1/5 full. Usually the sashimi set is delicious though.

4 rolls & no wasabi or ginger (basics!). There was soy sauce. Miso so-so. Driver missed out on tip by not having correct change. 45 minutes on the nose. Rolls were good, but nothing notable/thrilling. I might try again but not a 3rd if problems repeated.

I always enjoy the meal from Kazoku, but they don't seem to have one of the food on their menu most of the time. I've tried to order this food quite a few times and they never had it.
Besides that, I'm very happy with their food.

This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

Great to receive confirmation of delivery now. I order veg. tempura for 1st time and it was very good (except one vegetable which wasn't panned but only one so fine) California & maki very tasty as usual. i recommend Kazoku !

I ordered Nabeyaki udon. good taste, enough potion vegetable and meat inside. its value for money. As I am Japanese and satisfied by this food. There is not much Japanese restaurant in D2. Kazoku is the nearest of my house so delivered quickly.

Each time I receive a confirmation message 15 minutes after I ordered on the App. So the delivery isn't 30 minutes but 45 minutes.
