I wrote this in a review also last week but apparently the mangers at Jollibee dont read these reviews. They again sent food and no forks or spoons... even when I asked for them

Second time in two days they did not provide any napkins or forks, even though I specifically requested them in my order. Im in a hotel, no forks here!

Delivery was quick, but food had spilled out into bag. Remember to check your change as well as I realized after our transaction that I was given the incorrect amount (my mistake for not being more careful). Food is good if you're just looking to fill up

I told this restaurant that I am ALLERGIC to chili, but they still put it all over my food. Now I am ill because I ate some of it. Also, they delivered 10 minutes late, so I was late for work. I'm not impressed!

Ice cream was already melted when delivered and the chicken pie fell out of its box so it was nicely rubbing itself to all the germs that came with the dirty plastic bag. Next time, i will just eat in the store instead of doing delivery.
