I went a few times to Gotcha and the burgers are pretty good but I was quite disappointed with the quality of the delivery, food was cold and I had to prepare the burger myself...

driver never has change despite indicating twice on the website....next time will order thru restaurant directly....maybe that will help...probably not but worth a shot

The driver arrived 20 minutes later than your (Vietnammm.com) text message stated. Please confirm with the restaurant the time for delivery before sending out an incorrect message. But the food was still good especially the falafel.

Delivery took almost 2 hours, however the rain was very heavy. We were delivered the wrong meal (meat instead of vegetarian), but the delivery guy did came back with ours 15 mins later (after we phoned shop).

Order arrived 20 minutes early. Got the Kebab and Falafel. Intent on eating the latter and saving the former for lunch the next day. First was so delicious I ended up eating the other. Will order from them again,

Gotcha is okay for what you pay. Delivery was 20 minutes late. Driver said he got lost but it's really not hard to find my house. Restaurant said they were busy.
