We are far from Fanny's shop so the delivery lead time is just normal. And still it got there perfectly frozen, no problem. However, we ordered Micorazon composition and although it's not bad, it's not worth the price, definitely.

We used the deliver at a specific time feature & they delivered it right away instead. Thankfully one of us was home by then, had we not been this could have been very messy. When it comes to delivering ice cream one shouldn't mess around with timing.

I ordered some Fannys ice cream. When I opened it the box collapsed because it had broken and the ice cream went everywhere. I would like a replacement please. How will this happen?
