the food was excellent - that what we expected from this restaurant.
But with the delivery went something wrong. After our telephone it was there in a few minutes - with excuses.
Tip: is it possible to pack hot and colds meals apart from eachother?

Lovely beef dish, awful hummus (was there ANY lemon or tahini in there?) Delivery took nearly an hour so food was cold. Deliverer had no change. This wasn’t her fault but we state online how we are going to pay. Poor customer service.

I really love the salmon gravlax....I've tried it from other restaurants, and cousins is the best in terms of quality, quantity, and price, imo. I wish I could meet the minimum by paying a little more for a larger amount, like with the tartare.

The salmon gravlax is delicious, as are the grilled octopus sous vide and the black pudding. I love how Cousins is willing to adapt dishes to personal requests. Their service is top-notch--it's brought me back to being a regular patron.

I'm afraid I won't be ordering again from Cousins.
I ordered fish and chips, which was recommended to me, but I suffered from terrible food poisoning after!
Very disappointed as I expected all the quality of ingredients and hygiene to be high.

Food was good, but one of my orders was wrong. The mix-up was understandable, as I'd texted to add a side of roasted winter vegetables but got the roasted winter vegetables dip, which was tasty.

Our first order from Cousin's - booked in advance and it turned up exactly when we had asked for it. Arrived In good condition and perfectly cooked. Delicious. Will definitely order from Cousin's again!

I have to say, cousins has the best service. I was unhappy about certain delivery issues, and I received a personal call and a free order (wasn't cheap). Food was delicious too (salmon tartare and blini). Will definitely continue patronizing this place~

While Counsin's is a great restaurant we were quite disappointed today: food was mostly cold and nothing was really as delicious as was our experience in the restaurant.

Great food, excellent sauces (French forte ^^). Owners clearly care about customer satisfaction--received a personal SMS requesting feedback. A bit pricey, but you can be assured of quality ingredients. Also flexible with menu changes. New favorite~
