Eventually arrived at 9.30 after having gone to the wrong place. Instead of giving me a fresh burger they tried to offer a 20% discount for a cold soggy burger and chips! Cancelled order and went to Khoi Thom.

The customer service was great - all staff spoke good English so communication wasn't difficult. However, it did take a very long time for the food to delivery. It was 20mins later than the estimated delivery time which I think was a little unacceptable
