The tuna I order was very good, not soggy and not too much mayo. The Italian cold cuts my friend ordered...I tasted it when she complained. Chains like this usually ship most of their ingredients so things taste the same, but the meat was gross!

They called me 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered and said that my total was too low for them to deliver my order and that I had to order more things or they wouldn't deliver my order. Worst service EVER!!!!! Zero stars!!!

Ordered the coffee lovers cake, to receive a call from Baskin saying they didn't have that cake in stock. Ok, I cancelled my order and forgot about it. An hour later someone is at my door to deliver the cake!...also forget the 31% discount! Never again!

Took 1.30 to arrive after 2 calls to check the address and I live in a well known housing block in pmh. Cake arrived well packed but it is just so frustrating that an order through vietnammm is not enough when the full details were typed in.
