Out of 5 flavours we ordered between us, 2 were unavailable. this caused a delay as they called us to change the order. Not great service from a chain. They are also 2 minutes away from us, so an hour is a long time to wait.

This order was placed on a Sunday. Delivery times are generally a little longer on a Sunday due to the large number of orders.

Ordered just after 8:00PM. They called to say they wouldn't be able to deliver until 10:00PM but I could not understand why. Except for that.... The ice cream was still reasonably firm when it arrived and the delivery person was polite and professional

Easy and quick. They didn't have one of the flavors I ordered avaliable but the store called me back promptly and we were able to find a suitable substitution.
