Never have the flavours ordered; this has happened with my last two orders. Last night over one hour, two phone calls one advising that the alternate ordered flavours were also out of stock the ice cream arrives completely melted. I sent it back!

I doubt i will ever order from here again. They confirm the order than at the time it is supposed to be delivered will call you and say they are either out of that flavor or add another hour to your delivery. I have had 3 bad experiences with BR.

Way too expensive for what we got. Our salad only had ONE raisin, the chips are fast food style, and the burger wasn't as good as a Spotted Cow burger which is cheaper. The turkey was excellent however, I won't be ordering from there again.
