The order was over 30min past the scheduled sms (so about 1 hour in total), but the worst part is the size. We ordered "large" which normally means full baguette cut in 2 halves, but we received small (half baguette cut in half).

Worst delivery, the worst service I have experienced.
The box with the sandwich + salad was a mess ( hard to know what was part of the sandwich or what was part of the salad)
Delivery man did not have the change money, I had to ask around by myself

The salad in the bagel with smoked salmon was wilted and had brown bits in it. As well as it was missing the cream cheese. The overall quality was poor, soggy greasy bagel, wilted bland salad. Not a good experience at all unfortunately.

Ordered roast chicken way in advance but the order still arrived 45 mins late. Had to call them to follow up and was given the reason that the rider was on a 'traffic jam' when I live 10-15 mins from the cafe. Sauce was forgotten.

The delivery took about 90 min in total, which was about an hour after the designated time. I live close by and all I ordered was the Mixed Cold Cut & Cheese platter, which involves no cooking. When called Annam, customer service left a lot to be desired

I ordered the Mixed Cold Cut & Cheese Platter. The delivery was on time. The quality of the food was so and so and much worse than the last time I ordered the same. No dried appricots as advertised.Disappointed and I won´t order again.

90 minutes to deliver a sandwich about 300 metres from their restaurant. And it's not the first time it's taken this long either. Really need to get their act together.

Delivered quickly, but the "Lisbon" was disappointing. I would prefer to have the option to select a baguette vs the olive ciabatta which was soggy and unappetizing. I threw it out. usually Annam is better than this. Disappointing.

This was the second time I tried ordering only to have the restaurant call me almost 30 minutes after placing my order to tell me that the things I wanted weren't available. The first time, I can understand. Twice? Unacceptable.

The Italian panini was excellent. The soup I ordered was also tasty but it was very small. I'd say about 100ml. My friend had the hachis parmentier and potato wedges. He complained about the portion size and said the taste was just okay.

They didn't have items I ordered, it took an hour, the sandwich was small, yet expensive. And it wasn't packed well. There was salad dressing everywhere! Ever try eating a 28,000 VND chocolate cookie with balsamic vinaigrette on it? Poor execution An Nam

Rang me to say they didn't have the drinks I'd ordered in stock, rang me 2 minutes later to say they also didn't have some of the food I'd ordered. Disappointed.
