Got Ginger Beer instead of Ginger Ale
Got Stawberry Crepe instead of Sugar Crepe. Receipt was correct, order was wrong. 3rd order and 3rd time mistakes made in order.mFood tasted fine though.

The food was very late for it being so close. I have ordered from Annam before, and it has not usually been this late. When the food arrived, it was very cold and mediocre. This was after they changed my order twice because they did not have it in store.

MEAL NOT AS STATED. I ordered a child meal with chicken nuggets, veggies and mash. Got chicken smashed with veggies and reshaped into an oval, potato wedges,lettuce and tomato. Not exactly a kids meal. Or healthy. Took a picture, wish I could attach.

The Paris sandwhich advertised Emmental cheese or a Swiss type cheese-which I received in the past-today they sent a orange cheddar-too pungent-not mild like an Emmental.The food orders of late not well prepared and and not tasty.

My bagel did not have any capers which it was supposed to have on it and I was given the wrong flavour macaroons. Food wasn't bad, was just disappointed that the order was wrong.

I ordered the "raw veggies & dips" and received raw vegetables, cooked broccoli, and smashed eggs. It took Vietnammm 2 hours to convince Annam to replace my order; they claimed that WAS the raw veggies plate. They have now changed the item description.

The delivery was on time and the guy was nice. But the lox is too salty and the bagel doesn't seem fresh and doughy. They also didn't follow my instruction of toasting it and putting the capers and onions on the side.

Food and delivery were both good. Salad dressing was in a side container but must've spilled on the way. Wouldn't have been a problem but I was saving it for later. Would be nice to have stronger side cups to prevent spilling.

I ordered the veggie baguette which came in a bag with the sandwiches unwrapped and unprotected. 2 of the ingredients were missing and only half the baguette had raisins in it. If you don't have certain ingredients you should let customers know. Sloppy.

My husband and I ordered some cakes but one was sold out. They tried to reach me immediately but I forgot that my phone was on silent. Much later I called them back and was able to get my order fixed & the delivery was REALLY fast and tasted great.
