1. Pizza was cold,when i say cold i really mean cold

The operator called me 4 times to tell me the delivery person arrived. 1st time okay, 2nd time I told him I see the guy. He called me 3rd and 4th time while I was literally paying the delivery guy. Next time dont call so much wait for delivery guy to ask.

It's a new delivery guy, he delayed 40 mins. Didn't give the Pizza and change until I ask for it. He looked like cheater, and acted like a cheater.

Didn't follow instructions to use intercom (choose to call me n say hello 25 times instead), forget to give me drink I ordered, so basically 30 mins from his arriving to getting down to eating.

I've been ordering from them over a year and still the quality is superb. Delivery is always on time and it's the same delivery person since my first order. But for some reason he doesn't come to the upstairs of my new apartment and giving false excuses.
