Dear all, please be aware that some apartment buildings in Saigon are restricting access to residents only because of concerns due to the Coronavirus. As a result, our drivers might not be allowed to deliver your order to your door. In this case, you will have to go to the lobby to collect it. Please accept all our apologies for this. We have no control over these rules and must follow them. Thank you for your kind understanding.

✍ In an effort to use less plastic and become more environmentally friendly we will be phasing out the use of as much unnecessary plastic packaging used for delivery as possible. First we will eliminate the use of the plastic boxes we use for our burritos and tacos. We will continue to wrap these items in aluminum foil as we always have to keep them warm. We are also looking to reduce and eliminate the plastic boxes used for our quesadillas and tostadas as well. We will also switch to biodegradable plastic bags made from cassava to deliver cold drinks. We will look for the best options that will allow us to ensure the quality of our food as it is delivered to our many customers throughout Saigon. For our dine-in customers we will eliminate the use of plastic straws and start using environmentally friendly “grass straws.”

✍ Occasionally we use a Third Party delivery service (LaLa Move) when our drivers are all busy. Please do not ever pay more than the total amount on the receipt. We ensure all drivers have proper change before leaving our restaurant. If you experience any problems with your delivery please call us immediately so we can resolve the problem.

✍ If you would like extra salsa (ranchero or salsa roja) on the side please request it when ordering.
