Very Disappointment!! I ordered GULAB JAMUN, PLAIN NAN, PALAK PANEER. The restaurant has conformed my order at 11:28 and my order will be sent about 12:15. But I was not receive my meal yet at that time. I called Vietnammm at 12:45, they told me that the restaurant TOTALLY FORGOT my order so wait for 5 mins more . I got my meal at 13:05 without any apologize and discount.

Everything was perfect except that there needs to be an option on your website to say how hot you would like the curry. Namaste's curries are too mild. If you go to the restaurant they ask how hot you would like the curry. Thanks!

Ordered some food while working. Looked up from the computer and realized that it was an hour past the delivery time. Called Vietnammm and they were very helpful. Turned out that the restaurant forgot the order and the kitchen was already closed. Vietnammm did the best the could to fix the situation, so that was appreciated.

The food from Namaste was of very poor quality. The mutton was fatty, the chicken wings were mostly skin wrapped around the wing bones and fried batter, and the nan was not fresh. We would never order from there again.

To make a long story short, the food was 40 minutes late. Vietnammm was not helpful at first, telling me the driver was downstairs when they weren't. Not calling me back when they said they would. The restaurant made it right by giving me the food for free.
