The delivery arrived with items missing. It took from time of order to receiving them over 6 hrs. The cookies were for a meeting 3 hours earlier. Joma did call twice about it -but I had the same conversations with being told they were on the way..... This is not the first time

Been ordering from Joma frequently recently, and have been very satisfied with the service and delivery, and the quality of the food overall. One criticism I would have is regarding the juices I got. Not sure if it was ice or water added to a juice concentrate, but the water that was added in my juice tasted quite bad and made the juice undrinkabke.

Note to veggies: the very delicious potato and garlic soup contains meat. I was disappointed by the veggie sandwich. I thought it would contain vegetables. Instead it was just the salad which would be included in every other sandwich. So a little expensive for a slice of bread, lettuce and tomato. However the soups were all very delicious.

Joma's food is fine. My grief is that the service this morning was shamefully poor quality. This morning I ordered. They messed up the order so I phoned the delivery boy - he was cool about it. But it literally took them three attempts and when they finally brought the right two things tried to charged me extra for them. I gave them back, lost my money and won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered from JOMA at about 11am and Vietnammm.com website said my order would be delivered about 11:30am. The order actually came around 12:20pm. This is fine if I have to wait but I think the order confirmation from Vietnammm.com should be more realistic. The food and all other service was great!
