My Boom Boom Burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. They packaged the burger and fries in paper bags so when they arrived they were still hot and crispy. I will be ordering more in the future!

the burgers were good, but the bread was a little soggy on some places. Maybe less sauce could fix that problem. We'd order again. Good value.

However they do one very stragne/dangerous thing I would suggest they stop. They staple the plastic bag food comes in, in such a way that when you force open the bag the metal staples can fall into the bag.

delivery guy couldnt speak english and was quite late having problem to find my address just off buivien as being local vietnamese should be problem to find if he tried..taste of fries was just pure bad, i refused to pay for them leaving them in the box..the burger was i guess ok..better than loteria not even close to what i expected from people talking about you. first and last order..cheers

I was a bit disappointed with this order because we ordered three cheeseburgers and in the special instructions I asked for them to be plain. Just a burger, cheese and bun. I even got a call confirming that we only wanted what I asked for and no sauce. I again said, no we just want a bun with a burger and cheese on it. We got burgers with onions which my kids just do not like.

You should change the packaging of the burger. The aluminum foil causes the bun to get very soggy and less delicious. Also juice from the burger gets all over everything. When I get my food the first thing I do is throw away the napkins that are just ruined by the juices from the burger. Wrapped in paper is the best way. Also, fries are a bit too salty. I like it. But many do not.

Disappointed. Burgers are very small and mine was kind of a mess in the bag, half coming out of the foil and the bun was coated in what looked like melted cheese/sauce. 150k for the meal is way too much. won't be ordering again.

Like everyone says, the burgers are really delicious and a class above what you get elsewhere. The delivery guy for some reason was uncomfortable coming into my building and the restaurant called me to come down - that's not happened before. But really tasty!

Very poorly presented burger from a restaurant that only has one burger on the menu...was expecting something special! Soggy Fries were nothing to write home about either! The actual taste was good..but considering it was soggy by the time it got from the restaurant to my place which are in the same district I would hate to think what it would look like by the time it gets to Q1 or further!!

The meat is juicy and flavorful. I love the caramelized onions. I've had most of the burgers in saigon and I can say without a doubt that the Boom Boom burger is the best. I've already had it twice this week....and it's only thursday. this is the only burger in saigon i'll have moving forward.
