The food was good and fresh, and so was delivery (on-time, proper packaging, receipt and correct change given, napkins and cutlery provided) but almost none of my special instructions were followed which was problematic since I have food allergies.

The delivery arrived with items missing.
It took from time of order to receiving them over 6 hrs. The cookies were for a meeting 3 hours earlier. Joma did call twice about it -but I had the same conversations with being told they were on the way..... Thi
